Information we receive from our users - Tap to Share as a data processor

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we process personal data obtained from our users only to provide the requested service and appropriate support. In these cases, we act as data processors. Our users are data controllers and have provided us with personal data that they have collected lawfully under the provisions of our Terms of Use. The user is fully responsible for any use of personal data collected and shared through our services, and the user's obligation is to collect and process data lawfully using the data protection measures implemented on our platforms and services.

Our third-party contractors

There are cases where we use the services of third-party companies that are somehow involved in the processing of personal data. These companies only process personal data collected by us and do not process any personal data of our users. If you provide us with your personal information, we may use certain third-party software or services, in which case we act as data controllers, while the third-party contractors act as data processors. Tap to Share conducts a compliance review of the information security and data protection compliance practices of all third-party contractors and requires each to commit to written obligations (Data Processing Agreement) regarding its security controls and applicable personal data protection regulations.
